This software platform connects Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and e-Mobility Service Providers or eMSPs – offering charging services to EV (Electric Vehicle) drivers and enables them to successfully launch their businesses. Job requirements
Your responsibilities include :
- Test and integrate a wide range of charge stations (OCPP ) with socket server (hardware test)
- Test and integrate contactless payment terminals (Hardware-to-Hardware, Cloud-to-Cloud)
- Test specific software features, e.g., Eichrecht, Autocharge, Plug&Charge on certified hardware (software tests)
- Manage test certification life cycle
- Create roaming connections (OCPI, eMIP, OICP) with roaming partners and roaming hubs
- Execute the operational implementation of innovative technical solutions together with our development
- Provide third-line support to our Technical Support team for complex technical issues and escalations
- Collaborate with the developers of our IT platform from the perspective of the technical operation
- Structured implementation of the planned integration projects including documentation leading to successful project completion.
- Cooperation with members of the customer's IT department
- Identify and trouble shoot technical (data) problems
- Assist the Sales Team in addressing technical inquiries during the acquisition of new clients
- Produce articles for internal and external distribution, covering topics such as troubleshooting, documented use cases, procedures
- Own workstreams and coordinate in projects, also across departments
You have
- Affinity with computers and technology;
- Experience with protocols and/or coding (like OCPP, SOAP, HTTP(s), Python, etc.);
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical (support) role preferably for B2B services/SAAS applications;
- Communications skills and experience with (strategic) stakeholder management;
- Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal;
- A technical (or IT/computer) science bachelor- or master’s degree (nice to have);
- A background in/experience with electric vehicle charging (nice to have); and
- A sustainable mindset!
