Job description
The company
Smart Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions. That’s the business we are in!
GreenFlux offers a cloud-based charge point management SaaS solution. This software platform enables Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and e-Mobility Service Providers (eMSPs) to successfully launch their respective businesses. With its offering, GreenFlux plays a pivotal role in facilitating the uptake of electric vehicles and the renewable energy revolution. To keep up with the rapid market and business expansion and to support the company’s dynamic growth, we are looking for new ambitious colleagues.
GreenFlux is part of DKV Mobility Group, a major European mobility company, and we play a leading role in the transition towards sustainable mobility.
The Job
GreenFlux is committed to evolving our organization by further embracing agile principles and practices. Inspired by the Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) framework, we are on a journey to enhance our product development processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement. We are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
As a Scrum Master at GreenFlux, you will play a crucial role in elevating our teams toward team-of-teams Scrum practices. You will work closely with up to four teams in a product area to ensure effective collaboration and drive continuous improvement for GreenFlux as a whole. Your expertise in agile methodologies and systems thinking combined with your ability to foster a positive team environment will be key to our success.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate, teach and improve (scaled) scrum events at the product area and team level (team daily scrums, team retrospectives, multi-team product backlog refinements, sprint planning, reviews, and overall retrospectives).
Coach and mentor team members to further adopt Agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Support continuous improvement of the product development organization.
Foster a collaborative and self-improving environment, encouraging open communication and transparency.
Work closely with Product Owners, coaching and mentoring them regarding product backlog management, stakeholder management, and value maximization.
Define, track, and analyze key metrics to monitor business outcomes and supporting organizational performance metrics.
Support and mentor teams to adopt modern engineering practices.
You have
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a large-scale agile environment.
Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles. Knowledge of the Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) framework is a plus.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Preferably a software engineering background.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle conflicts, be emphatic, and reason as a systems thinker.
Certification in Scrum, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) is a plus, as is proven experience or certification in systems thinking.
Experience with agile tools and collaboration software (e.g., Azure DevOps, Notion, Miro).
Our offer
Working at GreenFlux means working in a dynamic, innovative, and informal organization, where new ideas and developments move quickly, and each day brings new opportunities and challenges. At our inspiring office in Amsterdam, you’ll have the chance to actively contribute to a sustainable future!
While GreenFlux has a hybrid work policy, we value the collaborative energy and synergy that comes from in-person interactions. Therefore, we expect our Scrum Master to be present in the office more frequently than the average team member. This presence will help foster stronger team dynamics, enhance communication, and drive the continuous improvement of our agile processes.
Join our revolution in mobility and energy!
