GreenFlux offers a cloud-based charge point management SaaS solution. This software platform enables Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and e-Mobility Service Providers (eMSPs) to successfully launch their respective businesses. The job

As a Product Owner at GreenFlux, you will play a pivotal role in driving product vision and ensuring alignment with business goals. You will work closely with multiple Scrum Teams, stakeholders, and leadership to define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring maximum value delivery. Your expertise in agile product management and ability to align business and technical perspectives will be key to our success. 

Job requirements

  • Own the eMSP product area: define and communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.

  • Prioritize and refine the product backlog to maximize value delivery and ensure clarity for development teams. 

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate ideas, and translate them into well-defined product backlog items. 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for business and technical teams, facilitating communication and alignment. 

  • Ensure transparency of the product backlog and continuously manage expectations with stakeholders. 

  • Promote and support the adoption of agile practices across the organization, aligning with the principles of LeSS. 

  • Track and measure product success through key performance indicators and customer feedback. 

Qualifications: 

  • >5 years experience managing eMSP products is required 

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a large-scale agile environment. 

  • Strong understanding of Scrum and agile methodologies. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse perspectives. 

  • Experience in defining and prioritizing product backlogs to drive business value. 

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories. 

  • Certification in Agile product management, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), is a plus. 

  • Experience with agile tools and collaboration software (e.g., Azure DevOps, Notion, Miro) is desirable.
