This software platform enables Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and e-Mobility Service Providers (eMSPs) to successfully launch their respective businesses. With its offering, GreenFlux plays a pivotal role in facilitating the uptake of electric vehicles and the renewable energy revolution. The job 

Are you able to find a solution for everything and do you have a Master’s degree, then this vacancy is certainly worth checking. As a Solutions Manager you are our brains and technical knowledge base in complex sales processes and tenders. As a part of our Customer Success team you work together with our Sales Directors to deliver a high-quality commercial and technical solution proposal for our potential customers in the pre-sales phase. This includes high-level functional designs translated to a commercial offer to our potential customers.  

 

In this role you will identify customer needs (B2B as well as B2B2C) from tender documentation and discussions and you will translate this towards a technical/functional design based on the existing GreenFlux platform products. You close the feedback loop to our Product Managers about the requested developments or customizations and make a plan to still satisfy the potential customer if there is a mismatch in customer needs and current capabilities of the GreenFlux platform. Finally, in this role you will get to know all the ins and outs of the GreenFlux platform. 

 

After the deal is closed, you work closely with our Customer Succes Managers to set-up the onboarding and structural revenue growth. In case of strategic projects or projects where GreenFlux delivers launching new features you will take the lead in the project delivery.  

Main responsibilities 

  • Creating technical and functional RFx responses 

  • Designing and presenting high-level functional platform solutions towards potential customers 

  • Advising the GreenFlux Sales team on the commercial impact based on your high-level solution designs 

  • Demonstrating the GreenFlux Platform 

  • Act as a product knowledge anchor within GreenFlux 

  • Involve the Product Managers in case of (new) customer needs 

  • Project coordination and management tasks implementing the GreenFlux platform 

Job requirements

You are an excellent communicator and you are highly business sensitive. You are able to weigh all business arguments during a solutioning process and provide a solution weighted against all criteria. You are curious and intrinsically motivated to resolve business related "puzzles" of our prospects. Moreover, you are a fast learner and you want to know all the details of the GreenFlux platform. 

 

In all this you are first of all an engineer and you approach challenges in a structured and analytic way. Besides the more technical side, you never lose the commercial perspective and you have affinity with the commercial opportunities during the solutioning phase. Finally, you have a great sense of responsibility. A problem/issue/challenge/task is your task until it's well handed over to one of your colleagues. 

 

You have 

  • A Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or IT 

  • 2 – 5 years’ experience in Customer Solutions role or similar 

  • Strong analytical and communication skills 

  • Experience with tender/sales processes, especially Dutch public tenders 

  • Affinity with commercials  

  • A pre when you have experience with project management 

  • A pre when you have affinity with the EV industry 

  • Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal; 

  • A sustainable mindset!
